We don’t end there. Hearth handles all follow-up with your homeowners so that you don’t have to.
Send automatic texts or Email reminders
Hearth Payments will send text and email reminders to your homeowner if a payment goes overdue.
Once the homeowner has successfully completed the payment via their customized link, we’ll send them a verified receipt branded with your logo and notify you that the payment is complete.
From your Hearth app, you’ll be able to see all collected payments and the status of any outstanding request.

Hearth Pay FAQS
How long does it take to receive payment?
For credit and debit card payments, it can take 1 -3 business days to process, and for ACH (eCheck); 4 business days or less.
Are there any fees for using Hearth pay?
There is a 3% fee for credit card and debit card payments, and a $5 flat fee for ACH (eCheck).
Is collecting digital payments secure?
Yes, to help protect your customers and your financial information; we partnered with Stripe; Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of security certification available in the payments industry.
