The cost of our service can vary depending on the subscription plan you choose. An essentials plan is $1,499 per year, which doesn’t include quotes, contracts, banking, or automated reminders. Pro is $1,799 per year, and it is our most popular plan because it includes Hearth’s full features. Our Elite plan is $4,999 per year and is perfect for larger operations with significant head counts and sales teams.
Hearth subscriptions are renewed annually. If you would like to upgrade your subscription before your renewal date, please contact 512-686-4141 or support@gethearth.com.
There is a one-time $99 set up fee for all plans.
Currently, there are no payment plans available for Hearth subscriptions.
With Hearth Payments, you can accept debit card, credit card, and ACH (eCheck) payments. Just send your customers a Hearth Invoice digitally, and they can pay from their desktop or mobile device.
All Hearth plans give you the power to offer financing to your customers so they can break their home improvement projects into monthly payments. However, only Pro and Elite plans give you the ability to track your clients’ status in the financing process and offer 0% introductory APR credit cards.

The Elite plan includes access to Hearth for two separate locations. If you have more than two locations, each additional location costs $999.
Hearth invoices and payments sync with Quickbooks Online to help you keep track of your cash flow.
All Hearth members can access their dashboards to manage their clients and send digital quotes digital quotes, contracts, invoices, payments, banking, financing, access their marketing tools, and edit their settings. All you have to do is visit app.gethearth.com/login.
