Enter the phone number of a team member, family member, or friend to have them test-call your AI agent. Hearth AI will give them a quick walk-through of a typical homeowner interaction so you can hear exactly how it sounds.
At any point, the test caller can say “Leave Feedback” to share suggestions or tweaks based on their experience.
You’ll receive those suggestions instantly and can choose to approve or decline them, so you always stay in control of how your AI Receptionist talks to homeowners.
New Appointment Scheduling Flow
Homeowners now get a smoother, more modern booking experience:
