The new Clients page is your one-stop shop to monitor all of your clients’ latest financing and payments activity. Clients replaces the former Track page and offers a variety of new features and benefits for you and your organization.

With the new Clients page, you can:

1. Track all of your clients’ financing and payments activities in one place.

2. Know as soon as a client gets funded through one of Hearth’s lending partners.

3. Monitor Hearth Pay invoices and send payment reminders.

How to Use Your Clients Page

STEP 1 – DESKTOP: When you log into your Hearth account, you will see a section on the left called “Clients” — click on this section to view your Clients page.

STEP 1 – MOBILE: When you log into your Hearth App, you will see a list icon at the bottom of the screen with the label “Clients” – click on this icon to view your Clients page.

STEP 2: Once you are in your Clients page, you will be in the “All” tab, where you can see all of your clients’ financing and payments activity. You can sort your clients alphabetically or by “Recent Activity” by clicking on the filter buttons beneath the tabs.

STEP 3: You can choose to only look at your clients’ financing activity by clicking the “Financing” tab. You can sort your clients by status (e.g. “Prequalified,” “Not qualified…”), alphabetically, or by “Recent Activity” by clicking on the filter buttons beneath the tabs. Tap any client’s name to view additional information.


Payments Tab

STEP 4: You can choose to only look at your clients’ payments activity through Hearth Pay* by clicking the “Payments” tab. You can sort your clients by status (e.g. “Overdue,” “Scheduled…”), alphabetically, or by “Recent Activity” by clicking on the filter buttons beneath the tabs. Tap any client’s name to view additional information.

STEP 5: Click the “+ Add New” button at the top right of your Clients page to quickly offer financing to new clients or request payments via Hearth Pay.*
