AI Improvements for Better Communication
Your Hearth AI Receptionist is now smarter and more efficient. We’ve made significant upgrades to improve spam detection, ensuring you know which calls to prioritize and which ones to avoid. Call summaries will now include a Spam rating to help identify the fraudsters and soliciers vs the calls that come from actual homeowners and businesses.
We also improved call transfer capabilities to keep you and the team connected without interruption. Plus, you can now easily update your email or phone number directly within the platform, giving you more control over your account.
These enhancements are designed to save you time and make sure you never miss an opportunity.
Clearer Visibility with Hearth Pay Statements
Managing your finances just got simpler. We’ve launched the new Hearth Pay Statements Tab to give you a clearer, more detailed view of your payment activity. This feature provides transparent and consolidated statements, making it easier than ever to track your transactions, monitor cash flow, and simplify your bookkeeping. No more digging through emails or multiple records—everything you need is organized in one place.
New Tools to Reach More Customers
We want to help you connect with every potential customer in your community. That’s why we’ve made it easier for your homeowners to connect with their financing options!
- Larger QR Codes: We’ve increased the size of the QR codes on your flyers. This simple change makes it much easier for homeowners to scan them with their phones, allowing them to take immediate action, whether it’s applying for financing or visiting your website.

If you’re already using the current app and consider yourself tech-savvy, we’re inviting a select group of contractors to get early access and help test the latest version before the official launch.
2. QuickBooks Integration (Beta)
Also on the horizon: Hearth X QuickBooks. Soon, you’ll be able to sync invoices, reconcile transactions, and keep your books accurate across both platforms—eliminating double entries and saving you valuable time.
3. Spanish Flyers
By customer request, we’re introducing personalized, informational flyers in Spanish. Now you’ll be able to connect more effectively with Hispanic homeowners, highlight monthly payment options, showcase rapid project approvals, and help more families start their next project sooner.
